Eoraptor Lunensis
"Dawn thief", a pair of eoraptors (Paul Sereno,1993) near a water source, late triassic, when "El Valle de la Luna"(Ischigualasto) was a river valley.
The picture, whose composition is clearly diagonal, emphasizes the dominant position of one of the animals. Upper right and left, Neocalamites, a member of the Calamitales plants that belongs to the Sphenophytes, were indicative of humid habitats.
